According to Sberbank's web site, availiable are travellers checks in USD with nominal value 50, 100 and 500 USD and in Euro with nominal value 50, 100,. 200 and 500 Euro. The checks can be bought for cash, rubles and foreign exchange. They are to be declared if bought for a sum more than USD 10, 000.
